Bookings
Submitting a booking form expresses your interest in a service; it does not by itself create an engagement. An engagement begins only when we have discussed your requirement, agreed a scope and fees, and confirmed the engagement to you.
Fees and payment
Fees are quoted per engagement before work begins. Government fees, stamp duties and statutory charges are payable in addition to professional fees unless expressly stated otherwise.
Client responsibilities
Timely and accurate filings depend on complete and truthful information. You are responsible for providing correct documents and details, and for responding to our requests in reasonable time. We are not liable for penalties arising from information withheld, delayed or misstated.
Limitation of liability
We perform every engagement with professional care and diligence. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of an engagement is limited to the professional fees paid to us for that engagement.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, graphics and the Ahmad Associates name and logo, belongs to Ahmad Associates Private Limited or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
